Manufacturing

Warping

Equipped with the latest technology in warping machines for yarn fault detection, we have the capability to control yarn quality in the whole processing. Meanwhile, it can feed the weaving machines with warp materials for both elastic and non-elastic webbings.

Weaving

More than 150 sets of automatic fast weaving machines are available to produce up to 100,000 yards of woven and knitted elastic webbings per day, in widths ranging from 5mm to 300mm (1/4 – 12 inches) for different custom designs.

Ironing

Finished webbings are well-packed according to our customers’ preferences. It can be packed by winding into rolls, into plastic round or square beams, or filling into boxes. All packing methods are available to meet your shipping and storage requirement.
