1. Are you a trading company or manufacturer?

We are a manufacturer specialized in elastic band products and narrow webbing. We also provide additional services like cutting and sewing for elastic bands with custom labels.

2. Can you develop elastic bands according to our artwork?

Yes, we can do OEM/ODM orders. And we have been working for many famous brands with their designs. Our designers and technicians support the market at any time.

3. How can you control the quality?

Our procurement inspector will control the quality of yarn while raw material purchasing. It’s the first important step to controlling quality from the source.
During the weaving, our engineer and QC will follow each process, and solve problems before happening.
When the trims are finished, the quality inspector will check the products again to solve immediately any problem issued.
“Quality is lifeblood” is our top principle.

4. How can we make payment, can you accept PayPal or Western Union?

Telegraphic Transfer (T/T) through a bank account is preferable.
PayPal is accepted while needing an additional 4.8% handling fee covered by the buyer.
Western Union is accepted too.
Please confirm with us before you arrange payment.

1. What is Paluna’s product range?

We mainly offer you

- Polyester, cotton, and nylon webbings for various applications in fashionable textile.
- Woven elastic bands for shoes and boots
- Widen breathable elastic bandages for orthopedy and medical use
- Woven webbings and elastic ribbons for the apparel and clothing industry, such as waistband, cuff, trousers, and hem.
- Many designs of sports stretch elastic bands for gyms and the fitness industry.

2. How can I get samples?

We offer samples free of charge for serious customers unless it is a custom sample. Contact us and we will provide samples specified to your needs. Custom samples will take 3-5 days of production.

3. What range of width do you manufacture?

We currently manufacture elastic webbings in width from 1/4 inch to 12 inches. The width ranges of the Jacquard elastic band series are from 3/4 inch to 3 inches.

4. What kind of looms are your webbings manufactured with?

We have a variety of looms including jacquard, knitting, shuttleless loom, shuttle looms, and solid woven looms.

5. Do you manufacture end products?

We have a cut and sew department for simple assembly processing. Please contact a sales representative for more information.

6. Do you hot cut webbing into designated sizes?

Yes, we can do it. Please contact a sales representative to find out more details on this feature.

7. Do you dye to custom colors?

Yes, we do. We can match any color your business needs.

8. What are your dyeing capabilities?

So far we have our own dye workshop on site with Nylon and Polyester dyeing capabilities. We can manufacture piece dyed, thermosol-dyed, or pigment-dyed webbings.

9. If I do not know the exact material that I am looking for, can PalunaWebbing help?

If you can offer a small piece sample or spec sheet, we can figure out the exact product you are looking for. It also helps to understand your intended use.

10. What is the delivery time for bulk orders?

All items of ready-to-ship can be shipped within 3 days.
We can adjust the lead time according to your request as we have enough machines to ensure the production capacity.
Usually, we supply custom goods within 15-25 days. Anyway, the delivery time can be changed in case of bigger orders, because of capacity limits in peak seasons.

11. What is the minimum order quantity?

The minimum order quantity is 2000 meters for each custom item of webbing. No MOQ limit for all items of Ready-to-Ship (stock).
