But first, we promise from the selected material to the packing process, all are under the control of our QC, to make sure quality are meet your samples.

Warranty Range

All products are sold by Paluna or Authorized dealers:
Defective products can be replaced free of charge or issued a refund.

The warranty range doesn’t include the following:
We do not replace products caused by improper storage, improper use, or other natural or manmade disasters.

How to claim replacement and refund

Products purchased directly from Paluna Webbing or Paluna’s agents are warranted against defects in material for 6 months from the date of purchase. During the warranty period, we offer free replacement for any defective products in the same quantity.

If you wish to claim a refund issue, please contact us at info@palunawebbing.com with the title ‘Refund-Invoice Number’ and give details of the product item with quantity.
The customer shall be responsible for all expenses of any unauthorized returns.
The refund amount must be no more than the invoice amount and is at the sole discretion of PalunaWebbing.

Paluna Webbing appreciates your product orders. We strive to provide products of the highest quality.
With only a few exceptions, if one of our products is not what you expected, you may return it for a refund of the purchase price minus any shipping and handling charges.
All returned products must include all documentation and still be in good condition and be returned within 30 days of purchase.
